Qualifications- Proficiency in Nursing Management and exceptional leadership skills to oversee staff and ensure efficient unit operations.
- Strong background in Nursing and Patient Care, with a focus on maintaining exemplary standards of patient-centered care.
- Experience in Critical Care Medicine and Medicine to manage complex cases and ensure sound clinical decisions.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills to coordinate with teams effectively and maintain compliance.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required;
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
