Today we are hiring a Director of Nursing in Sistersville, WV. We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing operations in a specialty/acute care setting. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of patient care, supervise nursing staff, and uphold compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Oversee daily nursing operations and patient care delivery
• Manage and mentor nursing staff to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
• Ensure proper documentation and quality assurance processes

• Active West Virginia RN license
• Proven experience as Director of Nursing in specialty or acute care
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• $500 Quick‑Start Bonus (Start within 1 week)
• $1,500 Completion Bonus (Complete full contract with ≤2 call‑outs and no no‑shows)
