• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient, resident and family satisfaction.
• Manage patient care by performing nursing assessments and delegating aspects of care to LPNs and Nursing Assistants.
• Collaborate with the nursing team and other disciplines, patients and families to develop effective care plans.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff during and between shifts.

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or awaiting licensure number.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
