• Coverage Needed: 2 full-time CRNAs

  • Orthopedics

  • OB

  • Urology

  • Podiatry

  • Endoscopy

• Volume:
  Staff 5-6 locations daily with 9 full-time CRNAs + locum support

• Procedures:
  Wide mix; blocks/regional not required but strongly preferred

• EMR System:
  Cerner

• License:
  Active West Virginia license - Required (willing to license)

• Board Certification:
  Required

• Certifications:

  • DEA - Required

  • BLS - Required

  • ACLS - Required

• Credentialing Timeframe:
  Approx. 60 days
