, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is seeking a RN Clinical Supervisor.

Schedule: M-F 8:30AM-5:00 PM

Office: 1 Avenue C Building #109, Madison, WV 25130

Visiting Client Territory

Pay: $60,000 - $65,000, based on previous home care experience

• Bring happiness and peace of mind to the elderly and individuals with disabilities
• Provide safety, supervision, and supervision to help clients remain at home
• Maintain open communication between families and healthcare professionals regarding the client’s physical and emotional condition
• Complete annual and six-month assessments outlining each client’s needs in the home
• Update care plans as needed
• Ensure the highest level of client safety and well-being
• Collaborate with office staff to coordinate care and ensure paperwork is completed accurately

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• 1 year of RN experience required
• 1 year of Home Care nursing experience required
