As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Training (AIT), you will develop executive leadership, operational, clinical, and patient‑care skills through an immersive, hands‑on program. The program is designed to transform you into a confident and capable leader while working toward licensure.

• Rotate through key departments to understand how each contributes to patient care and overall success.
• Receive structured training, support, and documentation needed to meet state licensure requirements, including preparation for the NAB and state‑specific exams.
• Lead practical, project‑based assignments that improve center performance, enhance patient outcomes, and contribute to quality initiatives.
• Attend leadership meetings, workshops, and culture‑building sessions to develop team communication and leadership skills.
• Complete a CNA class to gain a deeper understanding of day‑to‑day resident care.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in healthcare administration, business, or related field).
• Experience leading teams or projects in healthcare or related industry.
• Strong communication skills, including fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English, and ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams and leadership levels.

Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.

USD $60,000.00 – USD $80,000.00 per year.
