Responsibilities- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Provide direct patient care and supervise care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure patient and visitor safety.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification (all SNFs and Behavioral Centers; ALFs/ILFs as required by state).
