What You'll Be DoingPerforming on-site and laboratory testing of ready‑mix concrete to ensure product quality
Monitoring raw materials and mix designs to maintain consistency and compliance
Preparing accurate test documentation and reporting results promptly
Collaborating with production and dispatch teams to resolve quality issues
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized testing environment
Ability to perform accurate testing and follow established procedures
Strong attention to detail with solid documentation and communication skills
Capability to troubleshoot quality‑related concerns in a fast‑paced environment
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous learning
Willingness to work outdoors, travel locally, and adapt to changing priorities
This role involves both field and laboratory work. You will work in varied weather conditions, maintain safe practices around heavy equipment and materials, and travel locally to plant sites and customer locations.
