The Fiberglass Pool Mold Prep/Technician position is responsible for maintaining & refurbishing molds in accordance with SOPs, ensuring Production readiness. Starting pay is $21.69 per hour.

• Understand & know how to use MSDSs.
• Learn small cosmetic repairs initially, enhancing your skill set to large repairs.
• Gain knowledge on how to maintain & repair mold floor texture.
• Follow initiator catalyst chart for proper curing.
• Assist with leveling out of molds.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience using various hand tools.
• Ability to problem solve, effectively evaluating a difficult problem & come to resolution using relative work knowledge.
• Ability to stand for prolonged times as well as frequent bending, reaching, stooping, overhead work and lifting up to forty (40) pounds.
• Must be able to work overtime, including some Saturdays.
• Ability to work in a safe manner utilizing PPE as required.
