Maintenance Reliability Specialist

• Manage the equipment reliability improvement program
• Troubleshoot and remedy recurring issues with industrial equipment
• Organize and/or participate in equipment reliability events
• Organize and/or participate in rapid improvement events
• Sustain changes/improvements to industrial equipment
• Manage an ongoing record of improvements/changes to equipment
• Work with employees, teams, vendors, contractors toward reliability improvement opportunities
• Daily work scheduled as maintenance technicians to fill daily work schedule
• Carry out any other directions as required by maintenance supervision

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

• Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic acumen
• Basic understanding of PLCs and their function
• Prior experience with equipment reliability
• Knowledge of People, Procedures, & Hardware and how they relate to equipment reliability
• Experience with reliability tools (Five Why, RCFA, FMEA, A3, DMAIC, etc.)
• Good social skills, ability to work with different personalities
• Ability to work at elevated heights as necessary
• Ability to operate various mobile equipment/machinery that may be needed to perform specific tasks
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
