Maintenance Supervisor; temporary

We’re hiring Temporary Maintenance Supervisors to lead start-up and commissioning efforts. This is your chance to shape a brand-new operation, build high-performing teams, and drive safety, compliance, and efficiency from day one. Although this is a “temporary” role, we look forward to keeping our top performers.

• $200 every 2 months
• $1,000 after 1 year
• $1,500 at plant commissioning

• $40-45/hr

• Lead and train a temporary maintenance crew during plant start-up
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence
• Collaborate with contractors and technical staff to boost efficiency
• Document daily activities and troubleshoot issues
• Identify and implement process improvements

• High School Diploma (required); mechanical craft training (a plus)
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Solid grasp of health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Flexibility with work schedules
