Job Description

• Drive overall ramp readiness with engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams.
• Lead manufacturing operations team in planning and executing development builds and new product ramps.
• Follow through all engineering development builds and influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness in pursuit of high quality, low cost, and maximum flexibility.
• Manage all operations-related communications, upward and downward, throughout the organization; escalate key issues and present options for resolution to the cross-functional executive teams.
• Responsible for the overall planning of internal resources and cross-departmental communication and coordination.
• Responsible for the production process, production line and environment establishment of related products in the factory.
• Responsible for the bridge between the factory and customers, and meet customers' needs for product production and shipment.
• Responsible for confirming the preparations for each stage of NPI, and ensuring that the products can be shipped smoothly.
• In the research and development stage, the introduction of new models of factory-side products, problem collection, analysis, tracking and improvement.
• Organize relevant units to carry out NPI (MP) problem analysis, material processing and quality improvement.
• The NPI stage collects and summarizes the production status and problems, and gives them to relevant units and customers in a timely manner.
• When customers visit, they are responsible for preparing relevant materials and reports.
• Maintain a good communication channel with customers or manufacturers, get timely support and solve production problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Work experience in an electronics factory with 1000+ employees
