Capstone Restaurant Group - - Responsibilities:
Recruit and hire staff and maintain a bench for future growth;
Ensure marketing plans are executed, including installation of POP and menu boards;
Ensure restaurant is staffed properly and Team Members are trained through training programs;
Maintain inventory levels and equipment, using approved vendors;
Lead and motivate Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members to perform at the highest level and review P&L with District Manager
