When you go to work you ensure that everyone there is doing what they need to do, even your boss. Domino's Pizza is hiring bosses – specifically General Managers. The role needs judgment, math, and the ability to multi‑task.

• Manage store operations for the shift; control costs, inventory, cash and customer relations.
• Lead a team of 3 to 30 employees; use attitude and motivation to keep the team in the right place at the right time.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Produce fast, accurate and consistent pizzas; follow portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures.
• Deliver product by vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness from front to back; uphold Domino's Grooming Standards.
• Represent a great role model: punctuality, strong attitude, professional appearance.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; be willing to work when the team needs you most.

• Experience leading a team of 3 to 30 people.
• Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license; must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• At least 18 years old.
• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and telephone.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly.
• Knowledge of cash handling and correct monetary change.
• Computer proficiency: able to enter orders using a keyboard or touchscreen.

• Operate all equipment and prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Maintain equipment and facility cleanliness.
• Perform inventory and associated paperwork.
• Work under varying temperature conditions and in physically demanding environments.

Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F and above in some work areas. Exposure to cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500°F, and sharp edges.

Standard performance expectations include standing, walking short distances, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. The role requires staying on a standing position most tasks are performed from a standing position.
