Position: Temporary Summer Painters/ General Maintenance (16 Positions)

Qualifications:
Length Of Employment: 06/22/2026-07/31/2026 (as needed)
Important: must be available to work the full summer contract; no exceptions for vacations or attending summer staff development.
Salary Range: 2025-26/2026-27 Salary Schedule (Daily Rate) Service Daily Salary
Job Description: Ability and experience in interior and exterior painting (both roller and trim); ability and experience to work at heights from scaffold, ladders and roofs; heavy lifting and other strenuous physical work such as climbing on and under bleachers; working outside in hot weather with power tools such as a posthole auger, and chain saw; ability to use and climb ladders (with a 300 lb.
weight limit)and carry heavy objects; move furniture; must be able to use hand tools such as an ax, shovel, sledge hammer, bolt cutter, rake and wheelbarrow. Job may require working with hot tar, roofing and shingles, also riding mowers, push mowers and weed eaters and to complete all other general maintenance duties assigned by the maintenance supervisor/maintenance coordinator.
