Maintenance Supervisor

Salary: £36,000 Plus 15-17.% Bonus and Excellent Benefits

They have an exciting opportunity for an electrically biased Multi Skilled Engineer who is passionate about their professional development and has a desire to build upon their existing leadership skills. Working within a supportive and innovative environment, this role will enable you to develop and lead a small multi-skilled team, whilst supporting the planned and reactive maintenance of an upper tier COMAH site.

• Supervising a small team and organising daily PPM schedules
• Using Siemens PLC’s to fault find energy transfer equipment
• Supporting with contractor management, employee relations and induction processes
• Using company software to monitor and report on KPIs, safety and performance
• Reactive maintenance of pumps, transmitters, pipework and temperature controls
• Completing facilities maintenance and remedial work

• City & Guilds 236 / 2365 or equivalent electrical qualification
• Strong experience within multi-skilled maintenance
• Knowledge of electrical engineering with electrical bias
• Previous managerial, supervisory or team leadership experience
• Good working knowledge of Health and Safety in hazardous environments with a safety mindset
• Experience working with pumps and associated equipment
• Mechanical Knowledge beneficial
