Facilities Custodian

Seasonal position located at 10 Snowshoe Drive, Snowshoe, WV 26209. Pay is $15 per hour. Start dates are at the end of November and beginning of December, with positions available throughout the season. This role may require early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and reporting larger maintenance issues.
• Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning products and toiletries.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.

• Proven experience in custodial or janitorial services preferred.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Education:

Basic math, reading and language skills.
