This is a full-time, on-site position for a Japanese Translator located in Buffalo, WV. The primary responsibilities include translating written content between Japanese and English, providing accurate and context-sensitive interpretations, and aiding in clear communication between Japanese- and English-speaking parties. The candidate will also ensure all translations are culturally appropriate and maintain the intended meaning, tone, and context throughout their tasks.

• Proficiency in Japanese Translation and translation between Japanese and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy and cultural sensitivity in translations
• Previous experience in translation, interpreting, or a related language-focused role is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Japanese Language Studies, or a related field is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
