- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new technologies and regulations in insurance industry.
- Assist in promoting collaboration with external providers or Insur Techs.
- Support end-to-end project delivery, including timelines, stakeholder coordination, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports regularly on project progress and outcomes.
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects or tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 2–3 years of working experience in insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- Proficient in Chinese.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing projects or working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in or familiar with emerging trends, Insur Techs, AI, and IT.
