Head of Digital Transformation

Belfast / Dublin / London / Frankfurt

We are seeking a Head of Digital Transformation to lead our digital strategy across client programmes and internal operations. We are open to applications from those commutable in a hybrid fashion to one of our offices in Belfast / Dublin / London / Frankfurt and travel between offices will be required from time‑to‑time.

As Head of Digital, you will work on three core pillars: translating client needs into practical digital solutions, guiding our internal tech team to deliver them, and optimising internal workflows and tooling to improve how we work across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Act as the senior point of contact for major digital programmes, ensuring clear communication, robust governance and high-quality delivery.
• Work with clients and market directors to translate client needs and programme objectives into clear digital requirements, roadmaps and solution designs.
• Map existing workflows across consulting, project delivery, BD and operations, identifying bottlenecks, duplication and manual effort.
• Design and implement improved workflows, supported by digital tools (e.g. CRM, project management, knowledge management, reporting dashboards).
• Translate business and client requirements into clear technical briefs, user stories and acceptance criteria for internal developers and partners.
• Work closely with the tech team to shape solution architecture, prioritise backlogs and make trade‑off decisions grounded in business value.
• Provide leadership to a small cross‑functional digital and operations team, setting priorities and supporting professional development.
• Support bids, proposals and productised offers by contributing digital concepts, solution outlines and delivery approaches.
