About the RoleWe are looking for an SRE Engineer to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of our systems by implementing monitoring, driving incident response, and embedding reliability practices into daily engineering workflows — working closely with product and engineering teams under moderate guidance.
Responsibilities- Implement monitoring, logging, SLOs, and alerting systems for assigned services
- Participate in incident response, contributing to root cause analysis and remediation
- Automate operational tasks, including infrastructure as code and CI/CD reliability checks
- Collaborate with engineers to design for reliability, scalability, and observability
- Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of databases — including health monitoring, backups, recovery, and query optimization to meet SLOs
- Use AI-driven tools (e.g. for log analysis, anomaly detection, and incident summarization) to accelerate troubleshooting and improve response quality.
- 3+ years of experience in SRE, Dev Ops, or infrastructure engineering
- Strong understanding of reliability concepts: SLIs, SLOs, error budgets
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (dashboards, alerting, logging)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
- Experience with incident management and postmortem processes
- Experience with database reliability and operational automation
- Experience with on-call rotations and escalation practices
- Interest in applying AI assistants to increase productivity and enhance documentation
- Upper-intermediate level of English.
- Career growth with an international team
- Competitive salary and financial stability
- Flexible working hours (Mon–Fri, 8 hours)
- Free English courses and education budget.
