• Collaborate with customers, Software Engineers, and other team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions
• Actively participate in the full software development life cycle in various roles, including Scrum Master and Business Technical Analyst
• Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle
• Take a lead role in supporting requirements testing to minimize production defects
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, assisting with requirement walkthroughs and project status reporting

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
• 5 - 7 years of experience in Information Systems/Information Technology
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management and customer service
• Experience with Agile methodology and Agile project management

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
• 3 - 5 years in the Health Insurance Industry or Healthcare Industry
• Experience with IVR or chatbot technologies
• Certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, or Project Management Professional (PMP)
