Pricing & Business Analyst

We are looking for a Pricing & Business Analyst to join our Pricing & Analytics team. You will work closely with the business to analyze complex data, develop Power BI dashboards and continuously improve how data is used to support smarter pricing and operational efficiency. You will be part of a collaborative team where learning, structure and practical impact go hand in hand.

Our Global Customer Support division is responsible for Kongsberg Maritimes services, upgrades and support in the aftermarket. Our 3400 employees are present in 35 different countries around the world. During the operational lifetime of more than 30.000 installations, we ensure cost-efficient delivery of services, upgrades and spare parts in order to secure availability and predictability to our customers.

• Contribute to improving pricing business models
• Own analytical domains end-to-end, from understanding business needs to delivering trusted insights and data products
• Design and build semantic data models, reusable datasets and dashboards in Power BI for broad organizational usage
• Communicate insights clearly through visualizations, presentations and simple explanations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to improved structure, standards and data-driven ways of working across the organization

• Experience in data analytics and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or other relevant business intelligence tools
• Clear and structured communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Formal education is not a strict requirement if you can demonstrate relevant skills and experience
• Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage
• Practical skills in SQL and Python for data transformation, analysis and modeling are an advantage
• Interest to explore and experiment with automation and AI-enabled solutions, using the Microsoft Power Platform.
