• Lead information risk assessments, analyze documentation, and conduct interviews to gather necessary materials
• Clearly document and communicate risk assessment results to relevant stakeholders
• Develop risk scoring related to threats, vulnerabilities, and security controls
• Partner with various projects to integrate security architecture requirements and develop remediation solutions
• Assure compliance with required standards, procedures, and guidelines

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Information Security and/or Information Risk Management
• At least 5-7 years of experience within Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance functions
• Strong background in presenting Information Security and Risk Management concepts to diverse audiences
• Knowledge of various cybersecurity frameworks including HIPAA, NIST, PCI, and ISO standards

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Security
• 10-15 years of experience in Information Security and/or Information Risk Management
• Proven leadership in cybersecurity governance for mergers and acquisitions
• Experience with governance tools such as RSA Archer and policy management systems
• Relevant industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.)
