- Provide advanced technical support for Symantec and Broadcom Endpoint Security products
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using various troubleshooting tools and methods
- Manage incidents, problems, and changes in accordance with ITIL-aligned procedures
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to resolve escalations
- Mentor and coach L1 engineers on troubleshooting methods and processes
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience supporting Symantec/Broadcom or equivalent technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, IT, or equivalent experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills with endpoint management and operating systems
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Broadcom / Symantec certifications
- Additional certifications such as Security+ / CISSP or CCNA / CCNP
- Experience with malware analysis and threat detection workflows
- Familiarity with networking technologies and protocols
