Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • You maintain a strong technical customer focus. During the presales phase, you support customer demos and provide technical guidance and advice.
  • You take ownership of onboarding processes — from setup to implementation.
  • You communicate clearly and structured, both with clients and internally. You make sure every team has the right information at the right time.
  • You support the management of the product lifecycle, from concept to development, guided by our Product Manager. Based on customer feedback and market trends, you help define requirements and contribute to new releases.
  • You help create and improve technical documentation, manuals, and training materials.
  • You conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Qualifications
  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or business-technical field (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Management).
  • You have a strong technical interest and can explain complex solutions in a clear and accessible way.
  • You are eager to learn and pick up new knowledge quickly.
  • You’re communicative, enthusiastic and analytical, and you’re not afraid of complex customer questions.
  • You’re passionate about innovation and want to contribute to building leading products.
  • You can express yourself fluently in Dutch. Good knowledge of French is an asset.
