Responsibilities
  • Deliver Employee Relations consulting services to client groups on various ER matters
  • Investigate internal employee complaints and recommend solutions to management
  • Consult and coach managers on performance management best practices
  • Support HRBPs and managers with position elimination activities and change management
  • Utilize Case Management tools to document and manage ER matters and investigations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in HR or a related area
  • 2-4 years of progressive ER or HR Generalist experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to influence leaders and colleagues effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • PHR or SPHR designation preferred
  • Spanish language skills strongly preferred
  • Superior diagnostic and analytical skills
  • Skilled counselor, consultant, and facilitator
