HR Coordinator

HR Coordinator – Build Careers and Shape the Future with ORCCA

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our international team and play a key role in supporting our people and processes!

As our HR Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, ensuring smooth processes and excellent employee experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the full employee lifecycle – from contracts and data management to onboarding and offboarding
• Assisting with recruitment: posting ads, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication
• Maintaining HR systems and preparing reports
• Collaborating on payroll and HR projects, including training and engagement activities
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers to ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and company standards

We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about HR. Ideally, you have:

• A degree or training in HR or Business Administration
• Solid knowledge of HR processes and basic labor law (experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required)
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (German/Norwegian is a plus)
• A team-oriented mindset and ability to work in an international environment
