This Position reports to: HR Operations Specialist

This role is contributing to the Electrification Area in Apodaca, Nuevo León, México.
Your Role And ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to perform day-to-day HR transactions for one or several assigned service lines or countries, while also managing complex and escalated tasks. Each day, you will ensure a high-quality customer experience by committing to complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the globally set standards for HR operations and ensuring that the respective business processes adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar positions, ensuring timely and accurate hiring.
- Collaborate with supervisors and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and plan headcount accordingly.
- Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews to identify qualified workers that meet operational requirements.
- Support the onboarding process, including documentation, contract signing, and area assignments.
- Maintain accurate records in Workday and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, including candidate guarantees and purchase order (PO) processing.
- HR General Support.
The Role
- +2 years of experience in recruitment process for blue collar positions.
- Knowledge of labor legislation, compensation, and onboarding processes.
- Experience ensuring successful recruitment of blue-collar personnel.
- Experience in Workday System.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Team player with leadership potential and coaching skills. - High sense of ethics, confidentiality, and candidate experience focus.
- Intermediate–advanced English level (written and spoken).
