Job Description
- Ensure rooms meet our standards and create a memorable experience for guests.
- Assist guests with needs such as toiletries or directions.
- Update your supervisor on room service and report repairs needed.
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment when required.
- Manage supplies efficiently to minimize waste.
- Handle lost and found items responsibly.
- Maintain a professional appearance in uniform.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as needed to support hotel operations.
- Monitor and control supplies across housekeeping areas.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality service.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and turn-down duties as required.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
