Able Minds ABA is seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in WV. Responsibilities:
Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism in a home-based setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
Conduct assessments, data collection, and analysis to inform treatment decisions
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment plans and progress
Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices
Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
Board Certification in Behavioral Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism in an ABA setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
