Kindred Healthcare - Logan Regional Medical Center [Medical Office Assistant] As a Scheduler at Kindred Healthcare, you'll:
Schedule diagnostic, interventional, and therapeutic procedures in coordination with physician offices and hospital departments;
Collect, verify, and input referral and patient information accurately;
Coordinate schedules across departments to ensure continuity of care and optimal utilization;
Distribute daily schedules to ancillary departments and update as needed;
Communicate special equipment needs, timing requirements, or schedule changes to appropriate staff;
Prepare daily pre-admission testing schedules.
