Job Summary

Village Caregiving WVis seeks a compassionate and dedicated Non Medical Caregiver to join our team. This is a Part time, hourly caregiver position in the heart of Burnsville, BRAXTON COUNTY, WV. As a Non Medical Caregiver at Village Caregiving, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing essential in‑home care services.

This individual contributor role requires a high level of empathy, patience, and flexibility in order to meet the diverse needs of our clients. If you have a passion for serving others and ensuring their well‑being

This is a part time, hourly position with a competitive pay rate of $12 to $14 per hour, paid semimonthly or you can use our Daily Pay option!! • Provide compassionate, non‑medical care to our clients in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Communicate with clients and their families to ensure their needs are being met
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and progress
• Report any changes in client's condition or needs to a supervisor
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines of Village Caregiving

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but NOT REQUIRED
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
