As a Staff Pharmacist you play a critical role in delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and providing authentic care for patients. You support the Pharmacy Manager in leading the Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and are accountable for managing the pharmacy’s operations, including:

Key responsibilities also include:

• Motivate and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments, addressing gaps, and fostering growth.

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• No pending felony charges or convictions for offenses involving controlled substances.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.

Full time

$60.00 – $73.00 per hour. The actual base salary will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors. The position is eligible for bonus, commission or short‑term incentive programs.
