JOB PURPOSE: To provide Occupational Therapy services for the Rehabilitation Services Department in accordance with the American Occupational Therapy Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, State of West Virginia law, and hospital policy.
ResponsibilitiesTo provide Occupational Therapy services for the Rehabilitation Services Department in accordance with professional standards, ethics, state law, and hospital policy.
QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy. Must have, or be eligible for, West Virginia State Licensure or Registration. Registration must be obtained within one (1) year, or as per state law.
