As a Care Companion, you’ll provide both practical and emotional support to our clients. Responsibilities will vary by client needs and may include:

• Household Assistance: Light housekeeping to maintain a welcoming, safe environment.
• Meal Preparation: Ensuring clients have healthy, enjoyable meals.
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments or assisting with errands.
• Engaging Companionship: Offering friendly conversation and participating in activities to enrich clients’ lives.
• Customized Care Plans: Following a care plan tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Professional Communication: Keeping open, respectful communication with families and team members to ensure the best care.

We’re seeking individuals who are dependable, compassionate, and ready to make a positive impact. Essential qualifications include:

• A valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Previous experience in home care is a plus but not required; training is provided
• Access to email and a mobile smart device
• A commitment to client confidentiality and ethical care standards

Compensation: $12.75 - $16.00 per hour
