The Medical Safety Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of Boston Scientific’s medical devices. This full-time, on-site position based in Ripley, WV involves evaluating product performance, conducting safety assessments, managing safety data, coordinating post-market safety surveillance, and ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support regulatory submissions and provide safety-related expertise to internal stakeholders.

• Clinical and regulatory safety evaluation, post‑market surveillance, and safety risk management skills.
• Proficiency in analyzing data, preparing safety documentation, and communicating findings effectively to cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with medical devices, healthcare product regulations, or clinical safety processes is preferred.
• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
