Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to promote rehabilitation and pain relief.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Provide patient and family education on injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Professional experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

COVID-19 Requirement:

• Must have a professional SNF and WV license.
• COVID-19 exemption accepted at this facility.
