Global Finance Planning & Analyst

Pivotal role in providing critical Financial Insights and Analysis that supports the strategic objectives of the Global Maritime business.

• Analysing current and past business and financial data providing analysis and insight to the Group Programmes team.
• Develop financial models to support preparation of Business Cases.
• Develop financial models to support decision making throughout the Group Programme lifecycle.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in preparing Group Programme budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Will work predominantly on a major transformation project but will support other Group Programmes and FP&A tasks on an ad hoc basis.

• Fully qualified OR part qualified Chartered Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Previous experience within a financial analytical role is essential.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to deadlines with cross-functional teams globally
• Ability to work effectively and successfully navigate in a matrixed organisation
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detail-orientated with strong problem-solving skills
