This position reports to:
Business Controller.
The Operations and Hub Financial Analyst provides reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budgets, and forecasts for the ELSP Americas hub. You will support management and stakeholders in decision‑making, drive financial planning, and lead initiatives to enhance financial planning and analysis. You will foster collaboration, implement standardized processes, and protect and increase hub profitability.
This role is onsite and serves the ELSP Hub in Apodaca, Nuevo León.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze the Smart Power Americas hub's financial results and coordinate the preparation of management reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Evaluate the impact of strategic, financial, or other major investment decisions and facilitate financial planning processes (budgeting, forecasting).
- Implement standardized processes and tools for financial planning and support hub factories in resolving inconsistencies in management reporting.
- Collaborate on FP&A initiatives, process improvement, and cost‑saving projects to protect and grow hub profitability.
The Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role or relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of ERP (SAP) FICO model and ETO processes.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI.
- Background in Operations, Project Controlling, Marketing & Sales Controlling, or Finance.
- Competitive, leadership skills, attention to detail, self‑critical, excellent customer service attitude, curiosity, and communication.
- Continuous improvement mindset in data analysis processes.
