Senior AV Engineer

Gold Group is working with a leading systems integrator delivering cutting‑edge residential technology solutions across the UK and internationally. Our client specialises in fully integrated AV, lighting, control, networking and security systems for prestigious private homes and large‑scale developments.

We are looking for an experienced Senior AV Engineer to take a key technical role in the delivery of high‑end residential projects, from installation through to commissioning and handover.

• Leading on‑site installation and commissioning of complex AV systems
• Advanced fault‑finding and technical problem solving
• Programming, configuration and commissioning of integrated systems
• Rack building, panel wiring and system testing
• Interpreting and working from detailed drawings and schematics
• Mentoring installers and junior engineers on site
• Liaising closely with project managers, clients and other trades
• Supporting handover, documentation and aftercare where required

• Extensive experience within AV systems integration, ideally residential
• Strong commissioning and troubleshooting capability
• Proven experience with control and integration platforms (e.g. Crestron, Lutron, KNX or similar)
• Excellent understanding of AV signal flow and networking fundamentals
• Confident leading on‑site delivery and representing the business professionally
• Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally overseas
• Programming experience (Crestron, Lutron or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence
