ROCKWOOL North America (RW-NA) is seeking a
** Project Director – CAPEX
** to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multi-million-dollar capital projects that shape the future of our operations. This position will report to the Vice President, Operations – North America.
** What you will be doing:
*** Lead and manage CAPEX projects within RW-NA, ensuring alignment with the 3-year investment roadmap.
* Provide strategic, technical, and operational oversight to project managers and engineering teams.
* Oversee project budgeting, resource planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
* Personally lead complex or high-impact projects, driving collaboration and timely execution.
* Ensure compliance with ROCKWOOL’s standards and all federal, state, and local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Support start-up and training efforts in partnership with factory production and maintenance teams.
* Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly with senior leaders, including Factory Directors and the VP of Operations.
* Champion continuous improvement and develop the future project capabilities of the team.

* What you bring:
*** A
** master’s degree in engineering** (or related field) and
** 10+ years
** of senior project management experience.
* Proven success managing large-scale, multi-site capital projects—preferably in manufacturing, building materials, or industrial sectors.
* Expertise in continuous production equipment; knowledge of abatement technologies is a plus.
* Strong leadership skills with experience building and coaching project teams.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including reporting to executive leadership.
* Ability to work cross-culturally and travel regularly as required.
* PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials are a strong asset.

The base salary range for this position is **$150,000 - $180,000**. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, skills and internal equity. This role is also eligible for a
