In this role, you will play an important part in our dynamic Naval Delivery team, being in charge of delivering project specific documentation for our business.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing customized documentation, including procedures, electrical and mechanical drawings, manuals, and interface documents. You will play a vital role in large-scale delivery projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and maintaining high documentation standards.

• Take ownership of documentation management at the highest level, ensuring timely delivery.
• Create and refine documentation required for delivery projects.
• Collaborate with various teams to support document control needs.
• Plan ahead, set clear priorities, and contribute to resource allocation.
• Create and revise documents in our PLM system, Teamcenter.
• Manage engineering change proposals, requests, and orders with customers.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure efficient and coordinated deliveries.
• Manage an overview of each project delivery within the document management system, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Coordinate with document contributors and stakeholders to streamline communication.
• Collaborate with other departments and business units, including support for R&D initiatives.

• BSc/MSc degree in a relevant field.
• Technical expertise and industry experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
• Familiar with Proarc (eDMS) and Teamcenter (PLM) or similar document management systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
