For the reinforcement of our project managers, we are looking for a colleague.

• You are responsible for various projects, from the preliminary design phase up to and including the delivery.
• You are responsible for the complete preparation, planning, organisation and follow-up of the execution. This is both technical and financial/administrative.
• You monitor the quality and safety of the work and respect the timing and budget.
• You work closely with the design team and the project leader.
• You are the central point of contact for both the design team and the client.
• You consult with the client and with external bodies when necessary.
• Together with the design team, you think about the development of architectural solutions.
• You report to the General Management.

• You have a degree in civil or industrial engineering.
• You combine a solid technical education with extensive experience.
• You are motivated to lead technically challenging projects in the right direction.
• You are analytically strong, a team player and have the necessary organisation and coordination skills.
• You have strong communication skills and can work independently.
• You are a pragmatic person who does not shy away from autonomy and responsibility.
• Your mother tongue is Dutch and you have a good knowledge of English and French. German knowledge is a plus.
