We develop our own hardware, control panels, and SCADA-integrated solutions that are deployed in real-world systems where reliability truly matters. We are looking for a skilled Drafter / CAD Technician to support our electrical, mechanical, and product development teams.

The Drafter will be responsible for producing high-quality technical drawings and 3D models that support the design, fabrication, and documentation of Extreme Endeavors’ equipment and systems. This role involves creating electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, panel layouts, and 3D assemblies for custom IoT and automation hardware.

This is a hands‑on role that directly supports engineering, manufacturing, and field deployment.

• Create detailed 3D models and assemblies for enclosures, components, panels, and products.
• Develop electrical schematics and wiring diagrams for control panels and automation systems.
• Produce mechanical drawings for fabrication, machining, and assembly.
• Generate panel layouts, cable drawings, and installation drawings

• Maintain drawing packages, revision control, and documentation standards.
• Work closely with engineers and technicians to convert concepts into manufacturable designs.
• Support prototype development and production documentation.
• Assist with as‑built drawings and system documentation.

• Experience as a Drafter or CAD Technician in electrical and/or mechanical design.
• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Ability to create:
  • Electrical schematics.
  • Mechanical drawings.
  • 3D parts and assemblies.
• Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and dimensioning.
• Ability to interpret engineering concepts and field requirements.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

• Experience with control panels, automation systems, or IoT hardware

• Familiarity with SCADA, sensors, and instrumentation

• Experience preparing drawings for manufacturing and fabrication
  .
• Knowledge of water/wastewater or industrial systems
  .
• Understanding of BOM creation and revision tracking.
