This position reports to:
Talent Acquisition Partner.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to purchase materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms. Each day, you will ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying new suppliers in cooperation with the relevant category team.

The work model for the role is: onsite/hybrid.

• Initiating Purchase Orders in the system, according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures, and confirming delivery with suppliers, monitoring, and tracking supplier performance to PO requirements.
• Negotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renewing price lists and terms and conditions.
• Recommending frame agreements to management and executing upon approval.
• Analyzing and evaluating bids to determine the optimal value.

• Identify sources, develop product.
• Tools: SAP MM, MS Excel, and procurement tools.
• Experience in procurement of motors, pumps, rotating motors etc. Electrical products such as LV switch gear and power distribution equipment, cables, and cable installation materials, IT and networking products, motors and drives, automation systems, and field instruments.
• Product knowledge of LV/MV Drives.
• Candidate must have experience on LV Switchgears (ACB, MCB, MCCB and PCC, MCC Panels).
• Candidate must have experience on MV Switchgears (AIS, GIS & RMU).
• Vendor developments and management experience required.

  B.Tech Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation.
• Full‑time Diploma Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation.
• Experience:
  
  2‑10 years.
