* This position is charged with the efficient and effective provision of family medicine services in the hospital consistent with established policies and procedures.

* Completed approved Doctor of Medicine Degree (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) residency program in family medicine, resulting in board eligibility or certification
