Riverbend Landscaping is seeking a creative and driven Landscape Architect/Project Manager to lead design and implementation of both residential and commercial projects. This hybrid role is ideal for a licensed landscape architect who thrives on turning vision into reality—from initial concept to construction oversight. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, design expertise, and a passion for building beautiful outdoor environments.

• Design and develop landscaping plans for high-end residential and commercial properties.
• Manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Supervise field crews and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct site analysis and prepare conceptual designs, construction documents, and cost estimates.
• Lead client presentations and communicate design intent clearly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets while managing multiple active projects.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and field staff.
• Collaborate with ownership to build and grow the design/project management department.

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field (required).
• Licensed Landscape Architect (preferred).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in landscape design and project management.
• Proficient in CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering software.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Passion for landscape design, innovation, and client service.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.
