- Pay Range: $75,000–$100,000 per year (Salary + Commission + Performance Bonus)

Riverbend Landscaping is seeking a creative and driven Landscape Architect/Project Manager to lead design and implementation of both residential and commercial projects. This hybrid role is ideal for a licensed landscape architect who thrives on turning vision into reality—from initial concept to construction oversight. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, design expertise, and a passion for building beautiful outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities- Design and develop landscaping plans for high-end residential and commercial properties.
- Manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
- Supervise field crews and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Conduct site analysis and prepare conceptual designs, construction documents, and cost estimates.
- Lead client presentations and communicate design intent clearly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain project schedules and budgets while managing multiple active projects.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and field staff.
- Collaborate with ownership to build and grow the design/project management department.
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field (required).
- Licensed Landscape Architect (preferred).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in landscape design and project management.
- Proficient in CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering software.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Passion for landscape design, innovation, and client service.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.
