💲 Compensation: 40-50 USD per hour, 40 hours per week + OT and weekend work as needed

What You’ll Be Doing:- ✅ Supervise operations to ensure strict compliance with safety standards.
- ✅ Conduct thorough safety inspections and detailed audits throughout the facility.
- ✅ Coach and guide team members on safety protocols, fire prevention measures, and emergency preparedness.
- ✅ Proactively maintain a safe, hazard-free environment, with a strong focus on fire safety and working at heights.
- ✔️ Associate’s degree in Construction Management (preferred).
- ✔️ 10+ years of industrial construction experience.
- ✔️ In-depth knowledge of general building construction methods and safety best practices.
- ✔️ Strong understanding of OSHA regulations; OSHA 30 & OSHA 510 certifications required.
- ✔️ Comfortable working in and around large industrial manufacturing facilities.
- ✔️ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
