About us

As the largest hydraulic cylinder and component re-manufacturing and repair facility in the eastern United States, WC hydraulics has built its business based on high-quality workmanship and service, engineering excellence, and on-time delivery.

Typical Duties:

Responsible for the accurate preparation, documentation, and distribution of business administration processes using "Made to Manage" ERP system. . Reports to a Plant Manager and President. Work is closely managed but requires initiative to self start and accomplish goals without specific direction.

  • Accounting & Bookkeeping

    • Prepare and post journal entries
    • Reconcile accounts monthly
    • Maintain general ledger accuracy
    • ADP Experience a plus
    • Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, etc) experience required
    • Bank reconciliations
  • State Sales Tax
    * Track taxable sales by state
    * Prepare and file monthly/quarterly returns
    * Maintain compliance with changing state rules

  • Royalties & Commissions
    * Calculate royalties owed to partners or creators
    * Process commission payments for sales teams
    * Maintain supporting documentation and reports

  • Basic HR Support
    * Assist with onboarding paperwork
    * Maintain employee files
    * Track PTO or benefits updates

Qualifications:

Associates or Business degree in Business Management or Accounting preferred; or equivalent preparation gained through actual work experience or other methods of training.

  • Advanced understanding of personal computers.
  • “Self-starter” and able to work without direct supervision.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Microsoft 365 experience required
  • ADP experience a plus
  • CPA License a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary:
Dependent upon education and experience
